2021 Pinot Noir, Carlile's Crest Vineyard

An elegant high-elevation Pinot noir from Carlile’s Crest Vineyard bursting with amazing aromas, good acidity and structure. The wine was made from 777 and 115 clones. A special selection of the 115 block that has small clusters and small berries was layered in as whole clusters for added complexity. Aged in a small amount of new oak to complement the wine but not overpower it.
