2022 Gamay noir, Jessica's Jam

This Gamay noir was made in a similar style as a Pinot Noir with about 20% whole cluster in the fermentation. It was made to be fresh and bright. Aged in a once used puncheon for added aromatic notes. Jessica was hands on making this wine hence the name “Jessica’s Jam”. It is a brambly bunch along with notes of cranberries, pomegranate and a hint of white pepper.
